Siemens is one of the UK’s leading apprenticeship employers and has more than 400 apprentices on its longstanding programme. As a major engineering employer in the UK, with 13,760 employees, there is little doubt that apprenticeships deliver value for Siemens. Siemens has created 160 places this year across its four sectors; Energy, Industry, Healthcare and Infrastructure and Cities. The number of new apprentices at the firm has increased by 10% from 2013.

Siemens Healthcare has launched the Artis one, a new angiography system optimised for a broad clinical utilisation, at the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA). The system is ideal for routine diagnostics and interventions, with a large selection of low dose features, designed to fit a broad range of clinical requirements.
