Leading healthcare company, Spire Healthcare, has partnered with Siemens PLC(UK & Ireland) and Siemens Healthineers to invest in the latest healthcare,automation and building technologies as part of its new hospital which recentlyopened in Didsbury, Manchester.

A new contract to design and refurbish traffic signal equipment and systems at nine signalised junctions in Coventry has been awarded to Siemens by the city council. Following the recent completion of the design stages by Siemens, work is now underway to supply and replace equipment including new poles, controllers and signal heads, and upgrade sites to MOVA and SCOOT control to ensure optimum Urban Traffic Control (UTC) operation.
