Valerie Todd CBE to leave Siemens

After five years as Director of People and Organisation (P&O) at Siemens plc, Valerie Todd has decided to leave the company.

Carl Ennis CEO, Siemens GB & Ireland said: “I would like to thank Valerie for the work she has done here at Siemens over the last five years. Valerie has been a key part of the Senior Leadership Team and shown great leadership, particularly during the difficult time through the pandemic.”

“Valerie has been a strong champion of diversity, equity and inclusion and of ‘growth mindset’, a key part of our culture and strategy.  In October 2020, Valerie spearheaded Siemens signing up to the Race at Work Charter, an initiative, developed in partnership with Business in the Community (BITC) and the government, designed to improve outcomes for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) employees in the UK.”

“It has been a pleasure working with Valerie and we all wish her the very best for the new opportunities ahead.”

Valerie Todd will leave the company in September 2023 and a successor will be named in due course.

Siemens employs 11,000 people in Great Britain and Ireland and generated revenues of £4.1bn in the last financial year ending 30 September 2022.
