Siemens Mobility has been recognised for its outstanding contributions at the British LGBT Awards, a celebration of the individuals and organisations who have made a significant impact to improving Lesbian, Gay, Bi and Trans (LGBT+) belonging within the UK.
Marko Feulner, Chair of the Board and CFO for Siemens Mobility UK & Ireland said: “We’re honoured to be recognised at the British LGBT Awards. This reflects the incredible work our employee network does in creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can be their authentic selves. It’s also a demonstration of our commitment to fostering belonging across our organisation and the communities.”
The company’s employee pride network - which launched in June 2024 - received a ‘special mention’ within the 'Network Group of the Year' category at the prestigious British LGBT Awards.
This award recognises the impact of the network’s activities within the business including hosting educational events, developing workplace guidance, and organising engaging talks featuring prominent LGBT+ speakers.
This builds on Siemens Mobility’s continued support for LGBT+ community-led activities including proudly sponsoring Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Goole, and Swindon & Wiltshire Pride events.
