Several Siemens Mobility employees stepped up to volunteer and show their support at this year's Goole Pride. Their enthusiastic involvement serves as a Siemens commitment to creating an inclusive environment that celebrates everyone and promotes equity and diversity

Our commitment lies in fostering an inclusive environment where every employee can authentically express themselves and unlock their true potential.”
“The participation of our team members throughout the day was inspiring. From those who laced up their shoes and joined the Rainbow Park Run to our dedicated volunteers who selflessly gave their time, the energy and passion on display was truly remarkable.”
“Together, we continue to create a workplace that celebrates individuality and embraces the power of unity. Through events like Goole Pride, we aim to change perceptions on LGBT+ matters and celebrate our LGBT+ colleagues."
Goole Pride kicked off with a burst of energy, as enthusiastic Siemens Mobility employees proudly sported vibrant and colourful clothing for the eagerly anticipated Rainbow Run at West Park. More than just a spectacle of colour this event symbolised pride and unity, bringing together hundreds of individuals to walk, run, and stand in solidarity, showing their support and commitment to this fantastic community event.
Afterwards, the opening ceremony took place on the Siemens Mobility sponsored stage and the official event commenced. Councillor Anne Handly alongside PRIDE representatives opened the event primarily organised by Goole’s LGBT+ youth groups.
