Several Siemens Mobility employees stepped up to volunteer and show their support at this year's Goole Pride. Their enthusiastic involvement serves as a Siemens commitment to creating an inclusive environment that celebrates everyone and promotes equity and diversity

Mark Speed, General Manager of Siemens Mobility’s Goole Rail Village said "As we proudly lend our support to Goole Pride for a third consecutive year, Siemens Mobility continues to champion diversity and recognise the immense value it brings to our teams. Our commitment lies in fostering an inclusive environment where every employee can authentically express themselves and unlock their true potential.”

“The participation of our team members throughout the day was inspiring. From those who laced up their shoes and joined the Rainbow Park Run to our dedicated volunteers who selflessly gave their time, the energy and passion on display was truly remarkable.”

“Together, we continue to create a workplace that celebrates individuality and embraces the power of unity. Through events like Goole Pride, we aim to change perceptions on LGBT+ matters and celebrate our LGBT+ colleagues."

More than just a spectacle of colour this event symbolised pride and unity, bringing together hundreds of individuals to walk, run, and stand in solidarity, showing their support and commitment to this fantastic community event.
