Siemens Mobility has continued to demonstrate its strong commitment to fostering a culture of belonging and equality by sponsoring Ashby Pride. The event attracted over 3,000 attendees from Ashby and surrounding areas, creating a vibrant and positive atmosphere.
A dedicated team of 15 volunteers from Siemens’ Pride employee network played a vital role throughout the day. Their enthusiasm and engagement with the community spread positivity and reinforced Siemens’ unwavering support for the LGBT+ community.
The Siemens marquee was a major hit, showcasing the rail industry to children of all ages, with exciting games, STEM activities, piñata fun and plenty of giveaways. It’s safe to say attendees loved the freebie selection as well. From Siemens wristbands to temporary pride tattoos, everyone had a great time!
Rob Morris, Joint CEO for Siemens Mobility UK & Ireland said:
“We’re proud to have sponsored Ashby’s second pride event. Siemens Mobility recognises that diversity is a strength, and we are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels included and experiences a true sense of belonging and equality. Supporting Ashby Pride is another way we demonstrate this commitment.”
