Siemens Mobility Celebrates Pride Across the UK, Embracing Diversity and Belonging

  • Siemens Mobility employees proudly participated in Swindon & Wiltshire Pride, Ashby Pride 2025, and Goole Pride 2025
  • Colleagues delivered interactive STEM activities, games, and conversations about inclusion to engage communities nationwide
  • Siemens Mobility’s involvement reflects commitment to building an inclusive workplace and supporting communities where everyone feels they truly belong

This summer, Siemens Mobility proudly deepened its commitment to diverse teams, equitable opportunities, and inclusive societies by joining three vibrant Pride celebrations across the UK. From Wiltshire to Leicestershire and East Yorkshire, employees came together to celebrate individuality and belonging.

Across all three celebrations, Siemens Mobility volunteers dedicated their time, energy, and passion to deliver memorable, meaningful experiences aligned with the company’s values. These included colourful Pride Marches, hands-on STEM challenges for children and adults, and on-stage messages from leaders about the importance of belonging and allyship.

Marko Feulner, Chair of the Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Siemens Mobility UK & Ireland, said:

“Pride is a moment to celebrate the strength that comes from being true to ourselves and supporting one another. At Siemens Mobility, we’re proud to stand with our communities — not just during Pride, but every day — by listening, learning, and making inclusion part of everything we do. These events reflect our values in action.”

At Swindon & Wiltshire Pride, Siemens Mobility proudly joined as a Pride Partner. Volunteers from the Pride Network and Wiltshire HQ marched through the heart of Swindon, bringing energy and solidarity to the day. At GWR Park, the team hosted a vibrant stall where visitors of all ages got hands-on with STEM challenges, played games, and chatted about Siemens Mobility’s values — all surrounded by live music, bright colours, and a strong sense of community.

In Ashby, Siemens Mobility was thrilled to return as headline sponsor for the second year running. Siemens Mobility’s Pride employee network leads and volunteers brought Market Street to life, turning it into a colourful, welcoming space filled with celebration. The team ran hands-on STEM activities, fun giveaways, and a kids’ corner, while speakers took to the stage to share powerful messages about allyship, belonging, and making inclusion part of everyday life. With thousands joining the festivities, the day was a true reflection of community spirit and shared values.

At Goole Pride, Siemens Mobility volunteers spent their weekend connecting with local residents, sharing insights into careers in rail, and celebrating the power of diversity. The event was a great opportunity to highlight the inclusive workplace at the Goole site, where belonging and support are part of everyday life.

These Pride events are an important part of Siemens Mobility’s wider commitment to inclusion. Through the Pride Network, employees are raising awareness, supporting one another, and helping make belonging not just a value — but something people experience every day.
