Omega Control Solutions, a specialist in complex automation systems, has joined leading technology company Siemens’ Solution Partner Programme, enabling it to deliver even more advanced, future-ready automation systems.
The partner status builds on Omega’s 19-year history of engineering excellence and will enable the company to deploy Siemens systems for customers, scaling its capabilities with enhanced value through Siemens-certified expertise and technology.
Through the closer partnership with the Siemens integrated portfolio, Omega will revolutionise its approach to automation system design and manufacturing. The implementation of Siemens’ digital twin technology, for example, will allow customers to virtually commission and optimise systems before physical construction begins.
This will significantly reduce design iterations, cuts commissioning time and ensures optimal performance from day one. For original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), this means faster time to market, reduced risk and the confidence that control solutions are fully optimised before leaving Omega's manufacturing facility.
Having recently invested heavily in its facilities, equipment and workforce, Omega is well positioned for growth across its key industries, supported by its enhanced partnership with Siemens.
Olly Gibbs, Sales Account Manager at Siemens said: “Omega’s strength lies not just in its technical capability, but in its deep understanding of the markets it serves and the complex challenges faced by customers. The company’s ability to navigate demanding environments in fast-evolving sectors like hydrogen makes Omega a valuable addition to our Solution Partner network. We’re excited to work alongside a team that shares our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and delivering real impact for industry.”
Chris Starling, Systems Manager at Omega Control Solutions, added: “Becoming a Siemens Solution Partner is a significant step forward for Omega. Siemens’ scale, technology portfolio and market insight complement our own capabilities and ambition. Together, we’re better positioned than ever to help customers navigate increasingly complex automation challenges with confidence and innovation.
“We're particularly excited about expanding our work in emerging sectors like the hydrogen industry and other ATEX applications, where our expertise in complex control systems aligns perfectly with future industry demands.”
In an additional commitment to excellence, Omega recently opened a new purpose-built training facility for apprentices, which focuses on Siemens technologies and demonstrates a robust investment in developing the next generation of automation specialists.
While the initial Solution Partner status covers Drives and Motion Control, Omega has ambitious plans to expand its Siemens accreditations as the business grows.
