New Managing Director for Siemens Rail

Paul Copeland has been appointed Managing Director of Siemens Rail Automation UK with immediate effect.

Paul Copeland has been appointed Managing Director of Siemens Rail Automation UK with immediate effect.

Paul joined Invensys Rail in February 2013 as Vice President, Delivery for Northern Europe, taking full responsibility for project delivery, and after the integration with Siemens became Director, Engineering and Delivery.

Paul has over 35 years’ experience in the civil engineering and rail sectors, in the UK and overseas.

He will take over the reins from Nick Crossfield who has chosen to pursue opportunities outside the business.

Gordon Wakeford, Managing Director for the Siemens Mobility and Logistics division commented: “Paul will focus on the company’s continued success whilst ensuring clients receive excellence in delivery, with safety at the forefront.”
