Siemens Mobility to showcase solutions for low carbon and connected vehicles

Cenex-LCV Exhibition, Millbrook, UK, 4-5 September. Stand C-113

  • A wide range of intelligent infrastructure on display at Cenex-LCV, showcasing safe, clean and connected solutions
  • Visitors will see how digitalisation can help deliver an enhanced driver experience, from EV charging to safely navigating the urban environment

As a world leader in traffic management technology, Siemens Mobility will be showcasing a range of systems at this year’s Cenex-LCV exhibition, the UK’s premier low carbon vehicle event.

With cars, vans and lorries responsible for a major portion of air pollution – one of the world’s pressing challenges – low-emission options to help provide a more sustainable and cleaner future will be displayed on the Siemens Mobility stand (C-113).

Visitors will have the opportunity to try a specially developed driving simulator to help convey the benefits of connected mobility. The stand will also feature a number of electric vehicle (EV) charger solutions, including:

- the recently launched HV160 High Voltage charging system
- dual and pole-mounted smart AC chargers
- the QC45 rapid DC charger (capable of charging from 0-80% in less than 30 minutes).

Wilke Reints, Managing Director, Intelligent Traffic Systems for Siemens Mobility, said: “Cenex-LCV provides the perfect platform for us to not only showcase our systems, but also to demonstrate our nationwide service and support capabilities.

“Our team of experts will be on hand throughout the show to discuss the latest developments in our connected and autonomous vehicle technology, as well as provide information on the full range of charging systems available.”

As one of the world’s largest providers of sustainable traffic and transport solutions - all dedicated to making infrastructure intelligent - Siemens Mobility offers a comprehensive range of solutions for mobility operators worldwide. As a result the company is constantly developing new, intelligent mobility solutions that increase availability of infrastructure, optimise throughput and improve the experience for road users and city dwellers.
